Responsibilities

Corporate Recruiter- Hybrid:

 

We are searching for a dynamic Corporate Recruiter with a hands-on entrepreneurial approach to propel our geographic reach. This role will be the driving force behind Golden Step’s expanding mission of delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through our corporate recruitment.

 

A Day in the life:

  • Demonstrate the company's mission and vision.
  • Develop and drive programs and process to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  • Works alongside Senior Director of talent and Hiring Managers to align talent attraction and pipeline strategies against business needs.
  • Drives candidates through the interview and selection process by coordinating with hiring managers and utilizing existing applicant tracking system.
  • Report on recruitment metrics.
  • Responsible for candidate experience, from application to hire.
    • Includes but not limited to: Background Check and OIG Reports
  • Educate new hires on company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in networking events.
  • Host career fairs both virtually and in person.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience in behavioral and/or competency-based interviewing and assessments. 
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred.
