Responsibilities

A day in the life:

 

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and creative.
  • Set, monitor and report on departmental goals.
  • Design branding and growth strategies.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts. (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Participate in planning of company objectives.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

 

  • Solid knowledge of web analytics Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, Facebook and Google Ads
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Must have the ability to work under deadlines and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
  • Analytical mind
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • MA (preferred)
