As a Marketing & Client Liaison for the state of Nebraska, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals, particularly doctors who diagnose autism across a multi-state territory. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with physicians, educate them about our services, and facilitate patient referrals to Golden Steps ABA. You will serve as a bridge between the medical community and our organization, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. 

A day in the life:

· Physician Relationship Building: 

a. Establish and nurture professional relationships with physicians, pediatricians, neurologists, and other relevant healthcare providers. 

b. Attend medical conferences, seminars, and networking events to connect with doctors and stay informed about industry trends. 

c. Arrange virtual and in-person meetings with physicians to discuss our services, treatment options, and patient care pathways. 

d. Hosting parent and/or provider tours of our clinics

e. Hosting educational, or networking, events in our service areas of Nebraska (both for families or providers).

f. Attending conferences, walks, events to be the "face of Golden Steps" in Omaha and Lincoln areas.

· Education and Awareness: 

a. Educate physicians about the benefits of ABA therapy for individuals with autism. 

b. Provide information on our programs, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices. 

c. Address any questions or concerns raised by physicians regarding our services. 

· Referral Management: 

a. Collaborate with physicians to identify potential patients who could benefit from ABA therapy. 

b. Facilitate patient referrals by ensuring timely communication and necessary documentation. 

c. Maintain accurate records of referrals and follow-up activities. 

· Marketing and Outreach: 

a. Help develop marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) to share with physicians. 

b. Organize workshops, webinars, or lunch-and-learn sessions for physicians to enhance their understanding of ABA therapy. 

c. Promote our services through targeted outreach efforts. 

· Feedback and Improvement: 

a. Gather feedback from physicians regarding their experiences with our services. 

b. Use feedback to improve our processes, address any concerns, and enhance collaboration. 

c. Act as a liaison between physicians and our clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

· Compliance and Ethics: 

a. Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality when handling patient information. 

b. Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to healthcare interactions.

What you’ll bring:

· Strong Communication Skills:

a. Need to be able to articulate ideas clearly, actively listen, and adapt communication style to different audiences.

· Empathy and Relationship-Building:

a. Ability to establish trust and rapport with medical professionals through empathy, active listening, and the ability to connect on a personal level.

· Sales Experience (Preferred, but Not Required):

a. Candidates with 1-2 years of field-based sales experience will excel in this role.

· Adaptability and Flexibility:

a. This role involves in-state travel, meeting different physicians, and handling diverse situations.

· Organizational Skills:

a. Must be able to manage referrals, follow-ups, and documentation. Must be able to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.

· Digital Proficiency:

a. Proficiency in using digital tools for virtual meetings (such as video conferencing platforms) and cell phone apps that support our processes.
