  • Listen actively to community feedback across platforms (social media, online forums, internal channels).
  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and concerns with empathy, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Elevate key themes, wins, and concerns to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Engage and Empower:

  • Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Create and moderate caregiver and clinician support groups (online and in-person).
  • Highlight success stories, team member spotlights, and mission moments.

 Build Community Magic:

  • Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person community events, celebrations, swag or awareness campaigns.
  • Partner with local clinics to amplify initiatives that connect

Measure and Optimize:

  • Track engagement metrics, community sentiment, and impact reports.
  • Recommend strategies to deepen engagement and retention.
