Responsibilities

Real Estate Operations Assistant Job Description:

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Real Estate Director in managing the real estate portfolio.
  • Prepare and maintain lease abstracts, critical date reports, and lease files.
  • Track key dates including lease expirations, renewals, options, and rent escalations.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor scheduling.
  • Assist in reviewing and processing invoices.
  • Maintain trackers, databases, and document management systems for leases.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and lease obligations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for real estate projects as assigned.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, lease administration, or property coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
